On Monday, September 14th, after less than 12 hours in the Essex House, we had a somewhat stressful trip to JFK (the midtown tunnel was a bit jammed – go figure). It wasn’t until I was watching Extra later that I saw Taylor Swift going into the rear entrance after appearing on the View. I can only guess that we were both there the night of the VMAs, but alas, we did not see her. I did, however, ride in the elevator with Kathy Griffin the week before at The London. You realize this is my life (and work)…
The flight home wasn’t too bad and the kids were both great again. Big thumbs up on Virgin America – it was my first trip with them. It was nice to be home.
