On January 5th, we stopped in Del Mar for brunch at L’Auberge with Laura and Chris, Vickie and Steve, and Lynda and John (Chris’s brother). This was our first time meeting baby Stella and it had been a while since we’ve seen her big brother, Cooper. Lynda, John, Katie and Jack were just on their way back from New Zealand after spending the better part of the past two years traveling around the world (twice) with the kids. It sounded like an incredible adventure for the whole family.
After brunch we went to the park by the ocean where the kids were able to play and the adults were able to catch up more. We had a wonderful visit together before driving to LA for the night to break up the journey home.
