Over the weekend in Vegas, we transitioned into Bobby’s bachelor party (wives and kids excepted). Bobby’s friends from NY and LA came into town to meet up with those of us already on the ground. On Friday, we had dinner at Morels in the Palazzo. Bobby’s friend, John, had a local friend who helped us get into Tao and XS. It’s no small feat to get 7 dudes into a club on a Friday night. Saturday, we relaxed and watched football in a large cabana at the Encore “European” pool. Saturday night, we had dinner at N9NE, which was amazing as always. I requested our usual server, Phil, who was also busy serving the guys from Maroon 5 at the next table. Hall of famer Pete Rose was also sitting across with us with his lovely girlfriend, Kiana Kim. Phil’s colleague at N9NE hooked us up with Mike, who works the host stand at Ghost Bar, who took us to the front of the line at Moon. We almost went straight in, but were thwarted by a photo op for Pauly D, who was spinning at Moon that night. The rest of the night was a haze, but I’m pretty sure everyone had a great time…
