Last weekend, we went down to LA for Grace’s cousin’s wedding. We had an early flight and went straight to Manhattan Beach to spend some time before checking into the hotel. Most of the time was spent taunting the ocean waves.
Olivia has played this game before and lost. I advised them to not turn their back to the ocean. Lucas, unfortunately did not see a little boy sitting down in his exit route. He tripped, fell, and was run over by a wave. Totally predictable.
Luckily, the car was nearby, so we showered him off and changed him. We had lunch at our usual Rock N Fish, followed by a treat at our usual Manhattan Beach Creamery. This was a solid start to our weekend in LA.
